The shipping cost is added to the order total and is charged at the time of payment on the order total.
In the event that you purchase the goods by bank transfer, the order ordered by the buyer will be kept busy until receipt of proof of bank transfer. The dispatch of the ordered goods will start only upon the actual crediting of the sum due to the Floret Gioielli current account which must take place no later than 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
Otherwise Floret Gioielli will have the right to no longer reserve the goods.
Beyond this deadline, the order will automatically be canceled.
In the event that you purchase the goods through Paypal, the amount authorized by the buyer at the time of the transaction will be charged at the time of acceptance and fulfillment of the same.
In the event of cancellation of the order by both the buyer and floret Gioielli, the amount of the ordered goods will be credited back to the Paypal account.
The repayment times of the sums due depend exclusively on Paypal and / or the banking system.
In no case can Floret Gioielli be held responsible, after crediting the amount, for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delays in the actual re-crediting of the sums by Paypal or by banking systems.
In the event that you purchase the goods by credit card, at no time during the purchase procedure does Floret Gioielli come into possession of the information relating to the buyer's card.
The transmission of payment information takes place via the highest security standard.
From the moment the parcel is entrusted to the courier it will be delivered within 5 working days to the address indicated during the purchase.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the buyer is required to check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the email containing the transport document sent by www.floret.it

that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or in any way altered, even in the sealing materials of the packaging (e.g. adhesive tape).
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch of the packages must be immediately contested by affixing "written control reservation", specifying the reason for the reservation (eg crushed packaging), on the courier's proof of delivery. After placing the signature on the courier's document, the buyer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external conditions of what has been delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be communicated within 7 days of delivery by email to info@floret.it
exchanges and returns
Floret Gioielli protects its customers and allows the exchange or return for any product within 10 days from the delivery date.
You can ask for a change with another jewel of equal value, a voucher to be used within 6 months or a refund.
The choice cannot be changed later.
To make the request, send an email to info@floret.it indicating:

The return is accepted only when the jewel is in the same condition in which it was received. Therefore it must be perfectly intact, it must not have been used or modified. The warranty applies to all products. The product must be received by us within 10 days from the return authorization date. Return costs charged to the customer.
The right of return and exchange does not apply to custom-made or personalized jewels.
The buyer must take care of all the products as long as they are in his possession.
The postal address to return the item to will be indicated by email. We recommend the use of a traceable service (therefore registered mail, Pacco celere 3 by Poste Italiane or express courier service) as the responsibility for delivery is the responsibility of the sender.
After receiving the returned package and verified by Floret Gioielli that all the requirements have been met, you will receive the replacement item, the voucher or the refund. The refund will be made by reversing the payment you made if you used a credit card. Otherwise, it will be done by bank transfer, or if preferred by Paypal payment (any fees charged to the recipient). Transport costs are not refundable.
In no case it is possible to reject the ordered goods at the time of delivery, this circumstance will not be considered an application of the right of return, but a contractual breach. The return can take place exclusively in the manner described above.
